Professional Reiki Training
If you're going to give your time to Reiki then you need to choose your teacher carefully - you want the very best.
Malcolm is a professional teacher and an experienced Reiki practitioner and Reiki Master. As an active member of the Reiki Guild and a registered teacher of Reiki, he serves on the Training Verification committee of the Reiki Council UK which is represents the four major Reiki bodies on the Complementary Healthcare Council of the UK.
The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council is a regulatory body in the United Kingdom which provides a voluntary register of complementary, rather than alternative medicine, therapists.
Quality and Experience
All of our courses are well prepared and offer sound and thorough grounding in Reiki theory and practice. We offer four courses:
- Reiki 1 (Shoden) for beginners, £85
- Reiki 2 (Okuden) £160 and
- Reiki 3: Shinpiden: the Master level. £220

4. Professional Practitioner Certification in Reiki
Take the next step in your Reiki journey with our Professional Practitioner Certification, leading to eligibility for Members and Non-Members to apply through the Reiki Council and the Reiki Guild.
This nationally recognised qualification demonstrates that you meet the National Occupational Standards and Core Curriculum for Reiki, enabling you to practise safely and professionally in public and clinical settings.
As a verifying organisation for the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) for Reiki, our course supports practitioners who wish to work in professional environments, including healthcare settings such as the NHS, private practice, and community services.
This course is ideal for:
- Those wishing to practise Reiki professionally
- Practitioners seeking recognised certification
- Individuals aiming to work in regulated or public environments
On completion, you will:
- Meet nationally recognised standards for Reiki practice
- Be eligible to apply for Professional Practitioner Certification

2 Routes to the qualification:
- Route 1:
- Complete the Reiki Council approved course which takes you from beginner to registered level or
- Route 2
- Complete the Reiki Council verification using your existing Reiki 1 and 2 as a training basis.

Professional training Route 1 starts by arrangement with
individuals as required

Courses are held in the Mindfulness Centre in
Elms Green, Abberley, WR6 6AX
Training Days
They are for 2 consecutive days, usually a Saturday and Sunday but other combinations of days are possible. Saturday to Sunday training has been the main time because of people working Monday to Friday. Also in the past I have shared the craft centre with Ann, my wife and so that has resulted in some restrictions re availability. We now have a permanent home in The Lighthouse (the attic) and so can provide training at any time!
If you have a preferred date and times for your training, it's possible to build a course around you.
Training Times
Courses generally start at 10.00 am on the first day and finish at about 5-6.00 pm. The second day is shorter starting at 10.00 and finishing at around 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
Taking Notes
You don't have to. Each Reiki course comes with its own Manual and Handbook plus other handouts YouTube videos and in-house audio recordings.
Certificate and Proof of Lineage
You receive a framed Certificate at the end of your course. Lineage is also important and you receive 2 of these as evidence of your authenticity re the Reiki Attunement.
